Responsible for the content according to § 55 Abs. 2 RStV:
Normally, the usage of our web page is possible without any personal data. The usage of very particular web services and resources needs to be restricted. This restriction succeeds according to the Shibboleth-System (see Deutsches Forschungsnetzwerk) and the GÉANT Data Protection Code of Conduct for Service Providers in EU/EEA. As far as possible personal data like name, address or email address can be given on a voluntary basis. Without your explicit agreement, your data will not be forwarded to a third person.
Contents of our web page are produced with the greatest care. Nevertheless, we can not guarantee for correctness, completeness and actuality of all contents. Following the general law and § 7 Abs.1 TMG we, as a service provider, are responsible for own contents on these pages. Following §§ 8 bis 10 TMG we, as a service provider, are not obliged to monitor conveyed or saved information of third persons or to search for illegal activities. Untouched of this are obligations for deletion or banning of users from information. Liability for that reason is only possible with the knowledge of a concrete infringement of right. When we get to know about such infringements, we will not hesitate to delete such contents.
Liability for Links
Our range on offer includes links to external web pages of third persons, whose contents are out of our influence. This is why we do not guarantee for those foreign contents. The content of linked pages is always under responsibility of the provider of the page itself. By the time of linking foreign pages to ours, we investigated them for illegal content. We could not find any illegal contents by that time. A permanent content control of linked pages is not reasonable, without having any concrete indications of illegal content. If we get to know about illegal content we will not hesitate to delete the links.
